Add a crunch to your repertoire by learning how to cook Agemono dishes, where we’ll teach you how to handle deep-frying ingredients of different textures the Japanese way. In true Japanese fashion, also learn how to make your own soba noodles from scratch, and pair it with a refreshing soup base to end off your Agemono meal on a lighter note.

  • How to achieve the perfect tempura mix for frying
