Train your hand in the delicate skill of maki-making, where we teach you the rolling method of various types of rolled sushi.

  • Rolling methods of two different types of maki sushi (Uramaki & Futomaki)
  • How to prepare frying flour and how to deep-fry soft-shell crab with time and temperature control of the oil
  • How to pickle ginger for authentic Japanese flavours
  • How to make authentic fluffy sushi rice
  • How to make Mayo mix for torching
