About the class

Instructor: Chef Leigh Ann van Cuylenburg

At ANATTA, we believe cooking and baking is just as important a life skill as mathematics, swimming, or physical sports. That’s why we design classes specifically for children aged 7 to 12 years old — the age when curiosity, independence, and hands-on learning make the biggest impact.

Learning points:
This series of 8 classes that run alongside the school term introduces children to foundational but technical cooking & baking skills. Each hands-on session teaches them to work confidently with ingredients, tools, and kitchen equipment in a safe, encouraging environment.

Safety & focused guidance:
All classes are taught with a 1:5 Instructor–Student ratio to ensure safety and personalised support.

Age group: 7 to 12 years old

Timetable:

Every Tuesday & Saturday
The same recipe is offered for the Tuesday & Saturday in the same week
