Treat yourselves to a culinary and dining adventure with our 3-Course Japanese Cooking and Dining Experience for Two. Over three hours, you will split your time between hands-on cooking and savoring a freshly prepared meal together—1.5 hours of interactive cooking followed by 1.5 hours of dining.

What you’ll learn:

  • Shape, cut, and torch sashimi-grade tai (Japanese Seabream) and sushi rice
  • Make a silky chawanmushi and its flavorful signature sauce from scratch
  • Fry edamame and fish to golden perfection, adding texture and warmth to your meal
